I was given the Liquid to try out. I usually don't like liquids because of the "cough medicine" taste that most liquids leave in my mouth. I didn't experience that with ZzzQuil at all. The liquid was rather pleasant to the taste, though I would still most likely choose the LiquiCap forms due to personal preference. If I am being completely honest, I wasn't entirely convinced that ZzzQuil was going to work for me at all. I had barely gotten any sleep the past two nights and I was sure that a third restless night was in the works for me. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I took some ZzzQuil at about 9:00pm, knowing I needed to be asleep by 10:30pm. I went to bed when I started to feel drowsy, and only woke up once throughout the night when my son was crying. I couldn't believe it! No tossing, turning, or restlessness! The active ingredient in ZzzQuil is similar to that of another sleep-aid that I had used with good results before, so I was glad to see that my body reacted in the same way.
