Trilight Health Review & Giveaway

I was recently given the opportunity to review some pregnancy products from Trilight Health and I can’t wait to share them with you! Trilight Health has been selling natural, healthy vitamins and supplements for women, children, and pregnancy for more than 20 years! I was given the MegaMam supplement and the B-Fruitful supplement to try. Both will be used after my son is born, but I will give you a review based on what I have learned so far about the products.

As a breastfeeding mom, one of the most concerning things for me was whether or not I was producing enough milk. My little girl was too small at birth to latch-on, so I actually ended up being an exclusive pumper for the first year of her life. I watched my milk production like hawk, counting every ounce and tracking my production day by day. It was exhausting, but I knew that I wanted to breastfeed my daughter. I took supplements the first time around, mainly fenugreek.

MegaMam is designed for first time mothers or those having difficulty with milk production for nursing. MegaMam contains herbs traditionally used to enhance Lactation and aid relaxation, which are both critical to maintaining a healthy milk supply for your child. MegaMam is made from:

The product smells sweet and has a very pleasant taste, unlike many of the supplements that I took the first time around. I was impressed with the quality of the product! The dosage instructions were simple and straightforward:

Suggested Use: After consulting health care practitioner, to help relax and support Lactation, use 1/2 teaspoon (per 150 lbs. body weight) 2-3 times daily during the first 6 weeks postpartum. Use straight or in water. Shake Well.
